- We only ask for what we need to keep you posted on NexoRing.
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
- You can ask to be removed and have your data deleted whenever you want.
At NexoRing we take care of your information. This policy explains what data we collect on this site, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
The party responsible for your data is RR GROUP E.A.S., tax ID (RUC) 80115035-3, based in Ciudad del Este, Alto Paraná, Paraguay. For any question about your data, write to us at contacto@rrgroupeas.com or call +595 982 888 636.
Scope
This policy applies to the nexoring.rrgroupeas.com website and to the NexoRing waitlist. The app and the ring are still in development. Before launching them, we will publish a policy specific to them.
What data we collect
- What you give us in the form to join: your name, your WhatsApp number or email and, if you like, what you do.
- The messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- The technical data the server logs on any visit, such as IP address, date and time, browser and pages requested.
We don't ask for sensitive data or payment details.
What we use it for
- To keep you posted on NexoRing: prototype progress, testing and launch.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the site secure and running.
We process your data because you give us your consent when you fill in the form or write to us. You can withdraw it at any time. We don't use your data for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your data. Only these parties handle it with us:
- The provider that hosts this site.
- The messaging services you choose to talk to us, such as WhatsApp or your email. Each one handles information according to its own policies.
- Authorities, only when a law or a court order requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you remain on the waitlist. If you ask to be removed, we delete it within 30 days. Server technical logs are kept for as long as the hosting provider defines, for security reasons.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the team members who need your data to reply to you can access it. No system is infallible, but if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will let you know.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask us to:
- show you what data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- stop using it to send you updates.
Email us at contacto@rrgroupeas.com with the subject “NexoRing Privacy” and we will reply within 10 business days.
Minors
NexoRing is meant for people over 18. If you are a minor, please do not fill in the form. If we learn we have received data from a minor, we delete it.
The app and the ring
When we launch the app, it will have its own policy. These are the principles we are designing it with:
- The ring marks moments, but never records.
- Capturing a meeting will require the consent of everyone taking part.
- Sensitive actions, such as payments, deletions or unclear dates, will always ask for your confirmation.
- We will store only the data it needs to work, without logging your continuous movement.
- If you lose the ring, you'll be able to revoke it from the app.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we let you know through the contact you gave us. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. For anything not covered here, see also our Terms and Conditions.
