These terms govern the use of the nexoring.rrgroupeas.com website. By browsing it or filling in the form to join, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who we are

The site and the NexoRing project belong to RR GROUP E.A.S., tax ID (RUC) 80115035-3, based in Ciudad del Este, Alto Paraná, Paraguay. You can write to us at contacto@rrgroupeas.com or call +595 982 888 636.

A product in development

NexoRing is at the concept and prototype stage. The information on this site describes how we expect it to work, and it may change as we test and build it. The features, materials, timelines and integrations mentioned are not final. The ring images are illustrative renders, not photos of the final product.

No sale or reservation

This site does not sell products or accept payments. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation or a deposit, and it does not commit you to anything. Nor does it guarantee a price, a delivery date or a place in prototype testing.

Use of the site

You may use the site to learn about NexoRing and to contact us. You may not:

  • use it for illegal purposes or to harm others;
  • try to access its systems without authorization or disrupt its operation;
  • send malicious content or automate form submissions;
  • submit someone else's data without their permission.

Your data

The details you give us must be yours and accurate. How we use them and how to ask us to delete them is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The NexoRing name, its logo, the ring design, and the site's text, images and code belong to RR GROUP E.A.S. or are used with permission. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services

Some links take you to third-party services, such as WhatsApp or your email app. We don't control them, and their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information accurate and the site always available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, RR GROUP E.A.S. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions made based on information about a product that is still in development. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we publish the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using the site after the change, we understand you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ciudad del Este, Alto Paraná, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
